GOLDEN YELLOW BAND
The prosperity, hope, and enduring strength of our agricultural heritage. The harvest that feeds Odisha. The future we are building.
The Odisha Janta Congress Party - a regional movement of farmers, women, youth, tribal communities, professionals, and citizens who share one conviction: Odisha belongs to Odias.

Founding President · OJC
The people of Odisha have endured decades of broken expectations, weak accountability, and governance that too often serves the powerful instead of the common citizen. Farmers struggle. Youth migrate to other states for work. Small businesses fight to survive. Basic public services fail to meet expectations.
This is not because Odisha lacks resources or talent. It is because governance has lacked honesty, direction, and the will to put people first. The Odisha Janta Congress Party has a clear conviction: Odisha belongs to Odias. Its rivers, land, forests, economy, and institutions must work for the people of this state, not for a privileged few.
"In a nation of 140 crore, even if we need to make just one needle, we have the strength of 140 crore hands. Together we can create not one, but 140 crore needles. This is the power of collective effort. Odisha must harness this strength to build industries, generate employment, and create opportunities driven by its own people."
The priorities are simple and urgent. Create jobs by supporting local industries and ensuring Odias are hired first. Strengthen agriculture by guaranteeing fair prices, irrigation, and direct support to farmers. Improve education and healthcare so that every family - village or city - has access to quality services.
This vision commits to clean governance. Every policy and scheme will be backed by verifiable data, clear budgeting, and public accountability. The era of empty announcements must end and be replaced by measurable performance.
The Odisha Janta Congress Party stands for a government that listens, acts, and delivers. The goal is clear - a stronger, fairer, and self-reliant Odisha for all 4.6 crore people, within a decade.
Bande Utkal Janani!
