WHY JOIN OJC

Pledge

16 Pledges.

Each pledge carries a defined mechanism and a public accountability standard. The Governance Dashboard tracks each in real time.

Districts

All 30 districts. Every community.

OJC is building ground presence from Mayurbhanj to Koraput, from Cuttack to Sundargarh. Every district coordinator is accountable to their people.

Women

Women lead, not just vote.

Not only at the polling booth, but at the decision-making table. Skilled, self-reliant and courageous, Odisha's women take an active, leading role in the state's progress.

Youth

Youth at the centre.

Every policy framed with the young at its heart. Equipped with the knowledge, skills and leadership the coming decade demands, ready to lead Odisha forward.

Jobs

Odia jobs first.

New opportunities that keep our young at home, not in queues to migrate for work. Dignity and livelihood earned on Odia soil.
