All content on this website - text, logo, emblem, flag imagery, vision text, photographs, Sakhyama Odisha and Odianka Swabhimaan branding - is the property of OJC and is protected by Indian and international copyright law.

3. User-Provided Content

When you submit information through any form, you confirm the information is truthful and your own, you are not submitting another person's information without consent, the content does not violate any Indian law, and you grant OJC a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use your message for internal coordination and anonymised public reporting.

4. Prohibited Uses

• Use the website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
• Attempt unauthorised access to any part of the website or server
• Introduce malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Use bots or scrapers to harvest information without permission
• Submit false information or impersonate another person
• Post content that promotes communal disharmony or violates Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita provisions

5. Membership & Event Registration

Submitting the membership form indicates interest in joining OJC but does not by itself create membership. Membership is confirmed when your district coordinator contacts you. Membership creates no employment relationship, no contractual right to candidacy, and no financial entitlement. OJC may decline or withdraw membership at its discretion in accordance with party rules.

6. Vision & Forward-Looking Statements

Vision goals reflect OJC's stated policy direction and intent. Their implementation is subject to OJC forming government, legislative process, budgetary allocation, and operational feasibility. Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial, or medical advice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OJC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. The website is provided on an "as is" basis.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bhubaneswar, Odisha.
